Ox School of Construction Resource Center Inc. is a global non-profit job training organization working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S. and in our neighboring countries of Central and South America beginning in Panama.
Ox School of Construction Resource Center’s vision is to create a workforce of building trade professionals with continued education to bring them into the 21st century of upcoming sustainable advanced building practices.
Our mission is to create and address the current skilled and unskilled labor force in the construction industry. Job training and retraining program for the U.S. and the Americas to offset the downturn in labor force shortage for the past 15 years and future years to come.
Our mission is to also provide an equal structure based on merit for future building job placement so that all U.S. and Panamanian citizens entering the building construction field, legal immigrants and sponsored participants can enjoy a real living wage equal to the financial burden of actual cost in the U.S. and Americas.
This program is also created to curb tail the ongoing labor shortage without creating a vacuum of underpaid U.S. workers through special visa programs.
Ox School of Construction Resource Center Inc. helps build healthy “communities”. Provides educated workforce, train for the next generation in efficient building techniques. Provides people with tools to earn living wages here and in the Americas. Helps creates sustainable communities and scaled concepts through its design and planning partners. Empowers, Motivates, Teaches, Train and “Release program” so that individuals can fly into economic stability and intergenerational wealth. Extend the motto and philosophy of service for the community.
Ox School of Construction Resource Center helps build projects in immediate areas of our training facility. Initiate works with international student exchange programming, help bridge the gap of cultural differences and exchange of building techniques.
Ox School of Construction Resource Center fully funds renovation projects for the community. The receivers are typically participants of the program and or are military veterans, elders of the community. Each capable recipient is required to help build or teach in one of the programs there after for a select number of mandatory schedules participation credits. Participants of the programs are based on need and are 100% gift in-kind with no strings attached. “Many Hands Make Light Work”
We do take outside volunteers but usually only through our Membership Program, Ox School of Construction Resource Center, Inc. an or Army of Builders Corps arm. The techniques are sometimes proprietary and we need to be able to screen our participants and have our volunteers agree to our ethical code of conduct. We are at no loss for labor once we have established our 2nd year of trainees and students. The requirement for participation creates an ongoing pool of volunteers that is mandated.

Special organizations that agree not to join as a member of Ox School of Construction Resource Center must go through a qualifying orientation and sign an agreement. They are organizations that act in partnership with and on behalf of Ox School of Construction Resource Center, Inc. International.
